These General Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between AURA and the user or client for the contract made through the services that AURA makes available on its website.
Any purchase through the AURA website will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user’s navigation through the pages owned by AURA.
These conditions will be applicable without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.
The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between AURA and the user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
AURA reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate. considers appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. These modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent modifications. However, AURA reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contract Conditions with preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
Purchase offer and price reference
In compliance with current regulations and, in particular, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, AURA offers in the corresponding section for the formalization of the purchase information on all possible options, their characteristics and prices. However, AURA reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any time by the AURA website will be governed by the PURCHASE CONDITIONS – AURA, by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.
Availability
The availability of the products and offers offered by AURA through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although AURA updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the customer may expire at that time. In such case, AURA will send an email to the customer informing them of the unavailability of the offer.
Payment methods
When purchasing through its website, AURA requests payment for its service or sale through different accepted payment methods, requesting, if it deems appropriate, the details of a credit card, the holder of the purchase, to guarantee its effectiveness. During the formalization of the purchase, the amount that will be charged to the chosen payment method will be clearly indicated, whether it is the total, a part or nothing, depending on the product offered and the current promotion. AURA reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before sending the product. If part of the payment is to be made upon delivery, it will be settled directly, either in cash, by credit card or any other form accepted by AURA. Offers and promotions
Only products and services at regular price may be refunded. Products and services on sale or promotions cannot be refunded unless specified in the product or service terms.
If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Being of legal age (over 18 years old) and having the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on our website, declaring that you understand and agree with these general conditions.
By making the purchase, in accordance with the instructions on the page, the specifications indicated by you, the number of units, the model and all the services included in the contracted product are confirmed. Any variation of this information must be confirmed by AURA to be valid, and the cost of modifying the purchase will be borne by the customer, which will be applied based on the rate in force at the time of the request.
All purchase prices indicated will include the services specified in the selected product, detailing all the services included and being displayed at the time of making your purchase as well as on your receipt that you received by email when confirming your purchase.
Any other optional service or extra that is not expressly included as INCLUDED in the contracted product will have an additional cost, which may be included in the purchase process or, with the confirmation of AURA and always subject to availability.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated in the rate contracted in your purchase, all prices indicated include VAT.
The amounts derived from shipping costs, if applicable, such as home delivery, are not included in the products offered and must be paid during the purchase process. Depending on the delivery address, the amounts of this concept may vary.
All services contracted by the client are personal, nominative and non-transferable, so they may not be transferred to other people under any circumstances without prior written acceptance by AURA.
AURA reserves the right to cancel the enjoyment of the services contracted by the client, without any compensation, if it is detected that the client is transferring or offering to third parties the services that he has contracted through AURA.
None of the contracted services that the client decides not to perform of his own free will be subject to refund, change or modification.
If the confirmation of your purchase has entailed the payment of a non-refundable deposit or charge, this will be clearly indicated in your confirmation. The amount to be paid to AURA that you indicate in your purchase will be paid within the payment period indicated during the process.
The cancellation of a confirmed purchase by the user will not have any cost if it is done within the period specified in our Cancellation Policy. The amounts you have paid, except those that, due to the type of promotion contracted, clearly indicate that they are NOT REFUNDABLE, will be refunded by the same means by which they were charged at the time.
Cancellations made outside the indicated period will entitle AURA to charge an amount of up to 100% of the total amount of your purchase or, in the event that any payment has been made on account during the reservation process, it will not be refunded.
Specific conditions
All promotional products or special offers that you can find on our website may be governed by specific conditions regarding the services included, models, quantities, payment and/or shipping methods, cancellation conditions and forms and even non-refundable amounts that may apply. In any case, the specific conditions of the product will be displayed and will always prevail over the General Conditions detailed here.
